13 Delta Force escapees back in custody

The 13 Delta Force escapees have turned themselves in to the Kumasi Central Police Command in the Ashanti Region after they were aided to run away from police custody in the aftermath of a Circuit Court hearing in connection with an earlier mayhem they perpetrated, That’s according to a statement issued by the regional police command.

The court siege followed a ruling by the judge to keep the 13, who were standing trial for assaulting the Regional Security Coordinator, in prison custody until 20 April.

Per the police’s statement, all 13 have turned themselves in plus the police also have in their custody 8 of those who aided in the escape of the 13.

Hence the police have in their custody 21 of the Delta Force members in all.
