A/R: Police retrieve Laptops, Decoders et al from robbers

The Ashanti Central District police Command has said investigations and intelligence has led them to retrieve some stolen items.

According to the Command, the said items include some assorted Laptop Computers, Flat Screen Television sets and Decoders.

A statement signed by the Assistant Superintendent of Police, Godwin Ahianyo, the Deputy Regional Police Public Relations Officer and issued to Kapital News stated that the items “are currently in the custody of the Central Police Station, Adum.”

The is as part of investigations, the Command will conduct an identification parade to afford victims of robberies in the region the opportunity to identify their stolen items.

“The District Command has scheduled Friday 5th May, 2017 at 12:00pm to organise a public identification of the items to afford victims of stolen electrical appliances of that nature, to come to the station to assist in investigation.”

Victims are therefore, entreated to come along with supporting documents that will enable them identify their stolen items.
