Wafa extended their lead at the top of the table with a two nil victory over Bechem united at the Red Bull Arena in their match day 22 game.

Komlan Agbeniadan opened the scores for the Sogakope outfit from the penalty spot in the first half before Richard Danso added a second in the second half.

The win means Wafa who have a game in hand against Ashgold have extended their lead at the top to three points as nearest rivals Aduana lost 3-1 in Wa.

Aduana’s title charge was dealt a huge blow as they lost 3-1 to Wa All Stars in Wa.

David Abagna scored first for the home side from the penalty spot while Nasiru Moro and Paul Asare De Vries added the others.

very late in the game Fatawu Abdulrahman pulled one bacl for Aduana Stars.
