Aduana Stars defender, Wahab Adams has downplayed the potency of the defense of Ghanaian giants Accra Hearts of Oak and Kumasi Asante Kotoko.

The 23 year old workaholic defender after the finals of the GHALCA G6 tournament told the media, his toughest game was when his side faced Bechem United.

That game at the Sunyani Coronation Park saw the ‘Ogya lads’ defeat the 2016 MTN FA Cup Champions by a lone goal to gain qualification to the finals.

According to him the Hearts of Oak have never been a difficult side when the two sides meet adding it’s same with Kotoko.

“I struggled with Bechem United, i found it to be a very tough game but this game with Hearts was very easy, it’s not like they are a worst team but for Hearts any time I meet them, I find it very easy, same with Kotoko, it’s not as if they are a bad side but this game for instance we should have even win it in the first half”.

Aduana Stars on Sunday, 4th December 2016 won the GHALCA G6 tournament after a 4-3 penalty shoot out win over Accra Hearts of Oak.

Wahab Adams also won the best defender and most valuable player of the tournament.
