The response alarmed the family who had to mount pressure on hospital officials to search for the body.

The body was however identified in the midst of hospital officials and the family.

Acting Head at the Child Department of the hospital says the incident was as a result of a clinical error when the documentation was done.

Professor Sampson Antwi narrated that another mother who gave birth on that same day thumb printed at the portion meant for Madam Opoku.

Professor Antwi says authorities had detained the staff who caused the blunder from going home after she had close officially form work.
